Yea we had a Herb like that come in to our club last year to fill in for a cancellation. What a total tool. It took me a second to figure out why every 3rd or 4th mix was trainwrecked but all the mixes inbetween were smooth as butter.he was mixing OTHER DJS mixed CDs with the auto-cue off so it would go to the next track and continue the mix on the CDJ-1000's. Fucking Deep Dish and Carl Cox CDs. I even heard a voice over drop at the end of his set with Pete Tong saying 'Essential Mix'Was totally faking the funk.walking out on a $150 tab a week earlier was bad enough, but this little stunt got his ass banned from the club. LolC'mon man.Where's ya stamina?Who needs a DAMN BREAK?Just throw on a long joint, run to the head, do ya thang, and get back on the wheels.Simple.Soon, y'all will be reporting Clubs to the labor union saying they're being unfair by not letting you get that breath of fresh air, you're 'Entitled' to.Stop playin.DJ. Isn't that what they made songs like 'Rapper's Delight' for?The question here isn't whether people should carry pre-mixed CD's for technical emergencies or for the dead 1-hour before anyone shows up. The real question is, should DJ's throw on a pre-mixed CD and then PRETEND that they're cutting it up?! I will be the first to loudly and obnoxiously call a mahfuka out. I've done it on several occasions where I see DJ's throw on a FunkyMix track and pretend that they're scratching the intro scratch-break.Sad.
